  • Payment information: processed securely through Stripe (we do not store full credit card numbers)
  • Communications: inquiry messages, support requests, and feedback
  • Photos: aircraft, flight, and maintenance images uploaded to the platform

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, operating system
  • Usage data: pages visited, features used, time spent on the Service
  • Location data: approximate location from IP address; precise location only when you explicitly use the proximity search feature with browser geolocation
  • Marketplace analytics: impression counts, click events, and inquiry tracking for shop advertising performance

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • FAA Registry: aircraft registration data retrieved via N-number lookup
  • FlightAware AeroAPI: flight tracking data, route information, and weather data
  • OpenSky Network / AeroDataBox: supplementary flight data for auto-import features
  • Stripe: payment status and subscription information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Generate engine health analytics, compliance alerts, and maintenance recommendations
  • Power the AD Checker with AI-assisted airworthiness directive analysis
  • Facilitate marketplace connections between pilots and service providers
  • Send compliance digest emails and notification alerts
  • Track marketplace advertising performance for shop owners
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
